Mutlu.CMS is a content management system for business, blog, news, association and foundation websites that you manage without writing code. We build the site and hand it over; afterwards you edit content, menus, forms and your home page from your own admin panel. The site you are reading runs on Mutlu.CMS too.

Content
- Dynamic content types: create your own content types such as blog, news, services or events, and define their fields yourself.
- Publishing workflow: Draft, In review, Approved, Published and Archived states, with publish and expiry dates.
- Bulk work with Excel: export content to Excel, add or update it in bulk from a spreadsheet.
- Media library: keep images and documents in one place and pick them when editing.

- Theme and look: colors, fonts, corner radius and header layout come from themes.
- Menus and mega menus: multi-level menus are built in the panel.
- Multilingual content: publish the same content in several languages. The admin panel is available in English and Turkish.
- Template library: apply ready-made page and section templates in one click.
Contact with your visitors
- Form builder: design contact and application forms in the panel.
- Messages: all incoming messages are collected in one screen.
- Search engine settings (SEO): title, description, sitemap and redirect rules for each content item.
Management and security
- Roles and permissions: everyone reaches only the sections they need.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA): protects administrator logins with an extra step.
- Ad zones: manage where ad code appears.

The core modules are in every package and never switch off. The premium modules stay on with the yearly Care & Support plan and open according to your package. You can move up to a higher package later if you need to.

Backup and Restore
What it does: backs up your database at the intervals you choose and restores any backup in one click. You decide how long backups are kept.
Example: if something is deleted by mistake or you change servers, a recent backup is ready.
Excel Import / Export
What it does: exports content entries to Excel; adds or updates them in bulk from Excel.
Example: instead of typing 200 news items one by one, you upload a spreadsheet.
Redirect Manager
What it does: sends an old address to a new one with a 301 or 302 redirect. It stops old links from breaking when you move from another site.
Example: when you move from WordPress, your old addresses keep working and your search ranking is protected.
Broken Link Report
What it does: automatically lists the addresses on your site that return a "not found" (404) error. With one click you can create a redirect rule for that address.
Example: a visitor who reaches a page you deleted goes to the new address instead of an empty page.
RSS Feeds
What it does: creates an RSS address for each of your content types. News readers and external systems follow your new posts automatically.
Example: a new post on your blog reaches your subscribers' readers automatically.
SEO Description Helper
What it does: while you edit content, one click suggests a short description for search results. It reads the title and text and prepares a sentence of up to 160 characters. It works once you enter your own service key.
Example: instead of thinking up the search description of fifty posts from scratch, you review suggestions.

Visitor Analytics
What it does: shows views, unique visitors, devices, operating systems and the country breakdown in charts. Export to Excel or PDF.
Example: you see how much each page is read from the panel, without installing another tool.
Content Version History
What it does: keeps the changes made in every save. You can look at an earlier version and go back with one click.
Example: you bring back a page that was edited by mistake.
PDF Flipbook
What it does: shows your PDF files in a page-turning reader that also works on phones.
Example: a newsletter, catalog or magazine archive.
Real CAPTCHA
What it does: protects your contact and application forms from spam bots. It works with Cloudflare Turnstile and does not make visitors solve puzzles.
Example: the fake messages that reach your contact form every day stop.

Audit Log
What it does: records who created, updated or deleted what, and when.
Example: accountability tracking on a site with several editors.
Telegram / WhatsApp Notifications
What it does: sends a notification to your phone the moment a contact message, form submission or new content arrives. You choose which forms and content types send notifications.
Example: you see a reservation form message on your phone the moment it is filled in.
Webhooks
What it does: when new content is published or a message arrives, it triggers systems such as Zapier, Make or n8n automatically.
Example: when a new post is published, the social media post starts by itself.

REST API
What it does: gives apps and external systems secure access to your site's content. Content can be read, added and updated.
Example: a mobile app or another piece of software uses your content directly.

Every package includes setup, domain connection, a PDF user guide and the first year of Care & Support.
How the process works
- Order and brief form: you send us your needs and your content (text, logo, photos) through a form.
- Setup: we install the site on your own server, connect your domain and place as many pages as your package includes.
- Handover and training: we deliver the site with a user guide and show you the panel.
- Yearly Care & Support: after the first year you renew the Care & Support plan for updates, security fixes, support and the premium modules.
Coming from WordPress?
We can move your existing WordPress site to Mutlu.CMS: pages and posts, images and a 301 redirect list so your old links keep working and your search rankings are protected. Menus and design are rebuilt on Mutlu.CMS rather than copied pixel by pixel. There are no plugins to keep updating. Import is included in the Standard and Premium packages. License and Care & Support
- Setup and license are a one-time price; your website never stops working.
- The first year of Care & Support is included. After that it renews yearly: updates, security fixes, support and the premium modules.
- If you do not renew, your site stays online and the core modules keep working. Only the premium modules switch off, 30 days after the end date. They come back the moment you renew.
- In the panel you see which modules are open.
- The software is delivered compiled. We can discuss a source code option separately.
What you should know
Mutlu.CMS is not an e-commerce solution. There is no cart, product, stock or payment management; it is built for business, company and organization websites.
Hosting is not included in the package. You rent your own server (VPS) and we guide you through the choice and the setup. It runs on Windows (IIS/Plesk) or on Docker with SQL Server.
Content (text, logo, photos) comes from you. We place as many pages as your package includes; additional pages are charged separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can you move my existing site?
Yes. When moving from systems such as WordPress, we transfer your posts and pages and keep your old addresses with 301 redirects, so you do not lose your place in search results. Import is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
Who enters the content?
We place as many pages and entries as your package includes. After that you add and edit content yourself; the panel needs no coding knowledge.
Where is it hosted?
On your own server (VPS), on Windows (IIS/Plesk) or on Docker with SQL Server. Hosting is not included in the packages; we decide the right option together.
What happens if I do not renew Care & Support?
Your site keeps running, you keep access to your admin panel and the core modules stay on. Only the premium modules switch off, 30 days after the end date. Everything comes back when you renew.
Can I get the source code?
The software is delivered compiled. Source code is a matter of a separate agreement.
